The hotel staff was very friendly and the gym was very nice.

It appears the whole thing washed over with the hotel staff because I received no apologies from management, and no discounts for my trouble. Fortunately the room was much cleaner the second night. I was staying two days so I had another night and I was hoping the second night would redeem the first. I slept on top of the blankets and told the desk clerk (and filled out a comment card) in the morning. Due to work I did not get to my room the first night until after 10 PM and I was exhausted.

Pillows were left scattered in the room and the bed was half turned down. it looked like the hotel employees did some half effort straightening then left. everything about the hotel was very clean and nice except my room.
